PRESENT INDEFINITE: TURKISH-TATAR-ENGLISH

Present indefinite designates action that is done habitually, or that happens systematically.
Again, the simplest form of any Turkic tense is that for pronouns "he/she". So, learn suffixes corresponding to these pronouns first. Other pronouns, require an additional suffix.

Idiosyncrasies: Turkish-Tatar
TatarTurkish
Although structures shown here can be used to designate Present Indefinite, according to official grammar rules mostly structures given for Present Continuous are used to designate Present Indefinite as well, thus merging two tenses into one: "Siní söyem (yaratam)-I love you".
In their own place structures shown here are designated as "Indefinite future tense" and used to refer to future actions that are not emphasized, say because it's an ordinary matter (which is close to definition of Present Indefinite):
İrtege söt íçermín-I'll drink (some) milk tomorrow.
Turkish usage of this tense mostly corresponds with English. Still two remarks can be made:
1) While such mental verbs as "love", "like", "hate" etc. are used only in Present Indefinite in English, in Turkish they can equally well be used in both Present Continuous and Present Indefinite:
"Seni seviyorum-Seni severim-I love you".
2) In Turkish, just as in Tatar, this tense can also be used to designate indefinite (unemphasized) future actions:
Yarın süt içerim-I'll drink (some) milk tomorrow.
